Booking a Tour

Tours can be booked through the contact form on this website or by email.
After receiving your request, we will confirm availability and provide all necessary details for your tour.

A booking is considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from Saaremaa Private Tours.

Payment

Payment details will be provided after the booking confirmation.

Payment options may include:

• cash payment on the day of the tour
• bank transfer
• other agreed payment methods

All prices are listed in euros (€)

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or change your booking, please inform us as soon as possible.

Recommended policy example:

• More than 10 days before the tour: full refund
• Within 10 days but more than 48 hours before the tour: 50% cancellation fee
• Less than 48 hours before the tour or no-show: no refund

Saaremaa Private Tours reserves the right to cancel a tour due to extreme weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Changes to the Itinerary

Tour routes and schedules may be adjusted due to weather conditions, seasonal changes, opening hours of attractions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

The guide will always try to offer the best possible experience and suitable alternatives if changes are necessary.

Health, Safety & Responsibility

Tours may include walking on uneven ground, outdoor sites, and historic locations.

By participating in a tour, you acknowledge that:

·       participation is voluntary and at your own risk,

·       you will follow the guide’s instructions for your safety,

·       you are responsible for your personal belongings.

Saaremaa Private Tours is not liable for personal injury, loss, damage, or expense except as required by applicable law.

Participants should inform the guide in advance about any health conditions or mobility limitations that may affect participation in the tour.

Comfortable walking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing are recommended.

Privacy

Personal information provided during booking will only be used for organizing and confirming your tour and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
